摘　　要：目的:探究排粪造影围检查期综合护理对功能性出口梗阻型便秘检查结果的影响.方法:将100例功能性出口梗阻型便秘患者作为观察组,本科室先前未行综合护理的功能性出口梗阻型便秘患者作为对照组.观察组进行检查前、检查中、检查后综合护理,重点解除羞愧、紧张心理;学会各时相动作操作;体位准确标准.结果:经过排粪造影检查前、检查中护理使功能性出口梗阻型便秘的静坐、强忍、力排、黏膜相动作到位、对比性强,直肠前突(RC)、直肠内套叠(IRI)、盆底失迟缓综合征(APFS)、会阴下降(PD)等显示程度明确.将两组排粪造影结果进行对比(P<0.05).结论:排粪造影围检查期综合护理可缓解功能性出口梗阻型便秘患者的心理压力,使每个动作操作到位、显示准确,提高图像质量和病灶显示度,对功能性出口梗阻型便秘的精确诊断具有重大意义.Objective:To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing on the results of functional outlet obstruction constipation examination during the perioperative period of defecation.Methods:One hundred patients with functional outlet obstructive constipation were treated as observation group.Patients with functional outlet obstruction constipation who had not been comprehensively treated in the department as a control group.The observation group conducts comprehensive nursing before,during and after the examination,focusing on relieving shame and nervousness;learning the operation of each phase;accurate body position.Results:Before the defecation angiography examination,the nursing exercise made the functional outlet obstructive constipation sit still,strong tolerance,force discharge,mucous membrane action in place,strong contrast,rectocele,rectal rectum,pelvic floor delay The degree of syndrome,perineal decline,etc.is clear.The results of the two groups of sputum angiography were compared(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing care during the perioperative period of defecation can alleviate the psychological pressure of patients with functional outlet obstruction constipation,so that each movement operation is in place,accurate display,improved image quality and lesion display,accurate for functional outlet obstruction constipation Diag nosis is of great significance.
