内蒙苍术脂溶性部位化学成分研究

摘　　要：北苍术是健脾除湿的传统中药,为进一步阐明北苍术化学成分,对市场上占有率最大的内蒙苍术化学成分进行了研究.采用正相硅胶柱层析,从内蒙苍术乙酸乙酯萃取部位分离得到7个化合物,通过波谱数据分别鉴定为苍术酮(1),苍术素(2),苍术素醇乙酸酯(3),蒲公英萜醇乙酸酯(4),Euphorbol acetate(5),(4E,6E,12E)-十四碳三烯-8,10-二炔-1,3-二乙酸酯(6),苍术烯内酯丙(7),其中,化合物5为首次从内蒙苍术中分离得到.Rhizoma Atractylodis Chinensis is a commonly used traditional Chinese medicine for notifying spleen and dehumidification.In order to provide a scientific foundation for its proper development,further study on the chemical constituents of Mongolia Atractylodis Chinensis(DC)Koidz was carried out.By normal silica gel column chromatography,seven compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate extract of Mongolia AtractylodisChinensis(DC)Koidz and identified as Atractylone(1),Atractylodin(2),tractylodinol acetate(3),taraxeryl acetate(4),Euphorbol acetate(5),(4E,6E,12E)tetradecadiene-8,10-diyne-1,3-dioldiacetate(6)and Atractylenotide Ⅲ(7),on the basis of spectroscopic analysis.Among them,compound 5 was isolated from this plant for the first time.
