成都市运动处方的社区需求与利用研究——以龙泉驿区东山社区为例

摘　　要：在运动处方社区需求调查问卷的基础上,收集龙泉驿区东山社区运动处方康复服务的相关资料,分别对社区卫生服务中心、私人诊所、卫生从业人员、社区居民等群体进行问卷调查,从需方(社区居民)和供方(卫生服务机构)入手对运动处方的需求、利用及影响因素进行分析和探讨,找出社区运动处方需求与利用方面存在的问题,有针对性地提出社区卫生服务发展的策略,以期为运动处方服务工作在社区的可持续发展提供决策依据.The basis of the questionnaire of community demand for exercise prescription,this paper collects the relevant data of Dongshan community exercise prescription rehabilitation service in Longquanyi district,and conducts questionnaire surveys on community health service centers,private clinics,health practitioners,community residents and other groups respectively.It analyzes and discusses the demand,utilization and influencing factors of exercise prescription from the demander(community residents)and the supplier(health service institutions),finds out the problems existing in the demand and utilization of community exercise prescription,and puts forward targeted strategies for the development of community health service,so as to provide decision-making basis for the sustainable development of exercise prescription service in the community.
