摘　　要：对多套甲醇合成装置出现的问题进行了深入分析,提出了有效的解决方案及预防措施,从而保证了装置的稳定运行,为新装置的开工、开车提供更为长远的问题解决思路.The problems of several methanol synthesis units are analyzed in depth,and effective solutions and preventive measures are put forward to ensure the stable operation of the unit and provide more long-term solutions for the start-up and start-up of new units.
