摘  要:针对某矿W1301U型通风工作面上隅角瓦斯时常超限问题,通过分析上隅角瓦斯超限原因及对瓦斯治理技术进行优选,最终选择顶板走向高抽巷抽采技术对采空区瓦斯进行抽采来解决上隅角瓦斯超限问题.为合理布置走向高抽巷,结合经验公式和现场观测确定了高抽巷距煤层顶板的垂直距离为25 m;综合考虑与回风巷之间的影响及覆岩冒落角,选取与回风巷的水平距离为18 m.经在W1301综放面试验,效果显著,高抽巷抽采瓦斯浓度平均9.21%,抽采纯量平均41.28 m3/min,回采期间上隅角瓦斯浓度平均0.42%,最大0.54%,避免了上隅角瓦斯超限,保证了矿井的安全高效开采.Aiming at the problem of gas often exceeding the limit in the upper corner of W1301U ventilation working face in a mine,the causes of gas exceeding the limit in the upper corner are analyzed,and the gas control technology is optimized.Finally,the technology of roof-to-high extraction roadway is selected to extract the gas in the goaf to solve the problem of gas exceeding the limit in the upper corner.In order to reasonably arrange the high-extraction roadway,the vertical distance between the high-extraction roadway and the roof of the coal seam is determined to be 25 m by combining the empirical formula and field observation,and the horizontal distance between the high-extraction roadway and the return roadway is 18 m by considering the influence between the high-extraction roadway and the return roadway and the caving angle of overburden.Through the test in W1301 fully mechanized top-coal caving face,good results have been achieved.The average gas concentration in high extraction roadway is 9.21%,the average extraction purity is 41.28 m3/min,and the average gas concentration in upper corner is 0.42%and the maximum is 0.54%during the mining period.It avoids the gas overrun in upper corner and ensures the safe and efficient mining of the mine.
