摘 要:磷是影响钒产品质量的一个重要杂质元素,在石煤提钒过程中,氢氧化钠解吸液中磷达到一定的浓度时与铵、钒形成复杂的络合物,从而影响到五氧化二钒质量。本文主要针对离子交换树脂解吸液中磷的行为,创造性的采用复合铝盐除磷的方法,进行了高纯度V2O5的研究。本文系统的开展了加铝系数、pH值、温度、时间等参数对磷去除率的影响,试验结果表明:复合铝盐法可以有效去除钒酸钠溶液中磷,磷去除率达到95%以上。除磷优化工艺参数为:pH值9.0,加铝系数1.1,反应温度80℃,反应时间为1.5小时,加铵系数为1.5,获得纯度较高的的偏钒酸铵,经焙烧后,最终得到纯度为99.45%的V2O5。Phosphorus was the main impurity in vanadium production since the formation of complexes with Vanadium and ammonium in the sodium vanadate solution during the process of extracting vanadium from stone coal,which resulted in unqualified V2O5 product.This paper studied the removal of phosphorous from sodium vanadate solution obtained the strip liquor of ion exchange by aluminum salt precipitation.The parameters of pH,aluminum salt dosage,reaction temperature and time on the removal of Phosphorus were investigated,and the results indicated that up to 95%of Phosphorus were removed under the optimum condition.The optimum condition were pH 9.0,temperature 80℃,and ration of calculated value of aluminum salt 1.1 for 1.5 h.According to the traditional process of ammonium vanadate and roasting technology,the final product of V2O5 was obtained with the purity of 99.45%.
