摘  要:为了提高用于光收发模块热性能测试中温度传感器测量的准确性,探究相关变量参数对测量误差的影响,以光收发模块温度传感器测量误差为研究对象,对温度传感器测量误差进行理论分析;根据实际温度测试条件,通过应用Flotherm软件,建立光收发模块及热电偶传感器的热模型,设置相应边界条件,结合三因素三水平正交试验方法进行数值计算,研究胶水导热系数、胶滴直径、热电偶表面辐射率对测量相对误差的影响。计算结果显示:在胶水导热系数为6 W/m·k、胶滴直径为2 mm、热电偶表面辐射率为0. 12的条件下,温度测试相对误差最小;胶水导热系数对测量的相对误差影响最大,其次是胶滴直径,而热电偶表面辐射率对测量的相对误差影响不大。In order to improve the accuracy of the temperature sensor used in the thermal performance test of optical transceiver module,and to explore the influence of relevant variable parameters on the measurement error,we took the measurement error of the temperature sensor of optical transceiver module as the research object,carried out theoretical analysis.According to the actual temperature test condition,we set up heat models of the optical transceiver module and the thermocouple sensor by using Flotherm.Adopting the three-factor-three-level orthogonal test method,we studied the influence of glue thermal conductivity,glue drop diameter,and thermocouple surface emissivity on the relative measurement error.The calculation results showed that,the relative error of the temperature test was the smallest when the thermal conductivity of the glue was 6 W/m·k,the diameter of the glue drop was 2 mm,and the surface emissivity of the thermocouple was 0.12.The thermal conductivity of the glue had the greatest influence on the measurement error,followed by the diameter of the glue drop.The surface emissivity of the thermocouple had little influence on the relative measurement error.
