摘 要:基于实验数据和理论分析,探究民用飞机旅客座椅16g动态试验中假人头部轨迹与头部损伤判据(Head Injury Criterion,HIC)的关系,分析头部损伤判据HIC的变化规律,研究和总结16g动态试验下乘员头部运动规律,并探究能够减小头部损伤判据HIC值的方法,从而能够在试验前进行一定程度的评估,提高试验的成功率,节约时间和成本,为民机旅客座椅研制提供理论基础。Based on research data and theoretical analysis,we explored the relationship between the HIC and the head path of the dummy in civil aircraft seats during the 16g dynamic test.We analyzed the change rules of the HIC,studied the movement laws of the head of the testing dummy during the 16g dynamic test,and explored ways to reduce the HIC,thus some assessments could be conducted before the HIC tests to increase the success rate of the tests,and to save time and cost.This study is also helpful for seats design and manufacturing of civil aircrafts.
