摘 要:采用混凝沉淀+电催化氧化+UASB+两级硝化反硝化+MBR+芬顿氧化组合工艺,对某反渗透膜生产企业的DMF废水进行处理。首先采用电催化氧化工艺提高废水的可生化性,然后利用UASB厌氧工艺降低废水的COD,采用两级硝化反硝化结合MBR进行深度脱氮,最后采用芬顿氧化进行深度处理。工程实际运行结果表明,该工艺流程较为合理,具有占地面积小、稳定性好、运行成本低等优点。芬顿氧化出水水质满足企业所在工业园区再生水厂的纳管标准。In this study DMF wastewater from a reverse osmosis membrane manufacturer was treated by coagulation sedimentation,electrocatalytic oxidation,UASB,two-stage nitrification and denitrification,MBR and Fenton oxidation process.Firstly,the biodegradability of the wastewater was improved by electrocatalytic oxidation process,and then the COD concentration was reduced by UASB anaerobic process.Two-stage nitrification and denitrification combined with MBR were used for deep denitrification,and finally Fenton oxidation was used for advanced treatment.The practical operation results showed that the technological process was reasonable,with the advantages of small occupation area,good stability and low operation cost.The quality of Fenton oxidized effluent met the management standard of the reclaimed water plant in the industrial park.
