摘  要:本文总结了长江流域泥沙资源利用的主要途径,分析了在长江流域输沙减少、泥沙重分配的新形势下,为缓解长江泥沙供需矛盾,长江上游需要加强梯级水库联合水沙调度优化水沙资源配置,从宏观上改善泥沙分布不均的局面。同时,在上游水库开展挖砂清淤等措施,充分利用水库泥沙资源,加强河道采砂管理与规划,合理利用支流湖泊泥沙资源,减轻长江干流泥沙需求压力,并积极推动长江航道疏浚砂的综合利用。研究成果可为长江流域泥沙资源利用与管理、河道采砂等提供参考。This article summarizes the main ways of using sediment resources in the Yangtze River Basin,and analyzes the new situation of reduced sediment transport and sediment redistribution in the Yangtze River Basin.To alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand in the Yangtze River,the upper reaches of the Yangtze River need to strengthen the combined water and sediment in cascade reservoirs.Dispatching optimizes the allocation of water and sediment resources and improves the uneven distribution of sediment from a macro perspective.At the same time,measures such as dredging and dredging will be carried out in the upstream reservoir,make full use of the sediment resources of the reservoir,strengthen the management and planning of river sand mining,make reasonable use of the sediment resources of tributary lakes,reduce the pressure on sediment demand in the mainstream of the Yangtze River,and actively promote the dredging of the Yangtze River channel.The research results can provide references for the utilization and management of sediment resources in the Yangtze River Basin,and sand mining in river channels.
