摘  要:光伏阵列模拟器是研究光伏发电系统有效解决方案,其可以模拟光照角度及强度变化、环境温度变化等因素下光伏电池特性曲线。本文针对光伏阵列模拟器的特点,利用光伏电池外特性,建立模型数学模型,利用Matlab/Simulink建立光伏模拟器数学模型,采用PID和MPPT动态搜寻控制策略,随后针对特定光照条件下,进行模型仿真,产生IV/PV曲线。结果表明模型精度高,提高了光伏系统研究可信度。Photovoltaic array simulator is an effective solution of photovoltaic power generation system research, which can simulate characteristic curve of photovoltaic cells under factors of light angle and intensity, environmental temperature changes. th paper establishes mathematical model based on characteristics of photovoltaic array simulator, and external characteristics of photovoltaic cells, establishs mathematical model of photovoltaic simulator based on Matlab/Simulink, and carries out model simulation to generate IV/PV curve with PID and MPPT dynamic search control strategy aiming at specific lighting conditions. Results show the model has high accuracy and improves reliability of photovoltaic system research.
