摘 要:为改善热塑性弹性体乙烯-辛烯共聚物(POE)/聚丙烯(PP)复合材料力学强度和耐热性,本研究采用双叔丁基过氧化异丙苯(BIPB)作为交联剂,使用双螺杆挤出机对POE/PP共混物进行动态交联,并对其力学性能、抗热老化性、压缩永久变形进行了测试。同时,添加滑石粉,提高POE/PP的压缩永久变形性能,在添加10份滑石粉后,压缩永久变形为43.3%。In order to improve the mechanical strength and thermal aging resistance properties of thermoplastic elastomer polyethylene-octene(POE)/polypropylene(PP)blends,bis(tert-butyl isopropyl peroxide)benzene(BIPB)was introduced as vulcanizing agent and POE/PP blends were prepared by the dynamic vulcanization technique using twin-screw extruder in this study,the mechanical properties,thermal aging resistance and compression set were tested.At the same,talc was introduced to improve the compression set property,after adding 10 parts of talc,the compression set became 43.3%.
