摘 要:煤炭开采过程中会伴随产出大量的矿井水,矿井废水具有悬浮物高、水质波动大的特点。本次中试以河南某矿矿井废水为研究对象进行研究,采用絮凝沉淀+碟片过滤短流程工艺,出水需要满足排放及部分回用水要求。最终通过试验效果对比选出合适的药剂与最佳加药量,并结合新型碟片过滤器验证“絮凝沉淀+碟片过滤”在处理矿井废水时的工艺可行性。In the process of coal mining,a large number of mine water is produced,the mine wastewater has the characteristics of high suspended solids and great fluctuation of water quality.In this pilot test,a coal mine wastewater in Henan Province is taken as the research object,the short process of“flocculation sedimentation+disc filtration”is adopted,and the effluent needs to meet the requirements of discharge and partial reuse.Finally,through the comparison of the experimental results,the appropriate agent and the best dosage were selected,and the feasibility of“flocculation sedimentation+disc filtration”in the treatment of mine wastewater was verified by combining the new disc filter.
