摘　　要：本文以某涂料企业为例,对企业进行分析调研,发掘企业存在的问题及潜力。针对审核重点,有必要确定无/低费方案和中/高费方案,最终通过实施方案显著提升企业绩效。Taking a paint company as an example,this paper analyzes and investigates the company in order to explore the problems and potential of the company.In view of the focus of the audit,it is necessary to determine the no/low fee scheme and the medium/high fee scheme,and finally implement the scheme to significantly improve the performance of the enterprise.
