摘 要:本研究向红霉素发酵液中分别添加氯化胆碱和甜菜碱两种甲基供体,探讨不同的甲基供体对红霉素发酵过程中溶氧浓度、PH、搅拌转速、菌体干重及红霉素产量的影响。结果表明,甜菜碱更有利于红霉素发酵,向红霉素发酵液中添加适量的甜菜碱可使发酵效价达到8000u/ml以上,C组分百分含量降低到3%以下。In this study,two kinds of methyl donors,choline chloride and betaine were added to erythromycin fermentation liquor respectively,and the effects of different methyl donors on dissolved oxygen concentration,PH,stirring speed,dry cell weight and erythromycin yield during erythromycin fermentation were discussed.The results showed that betaine was more conducive to erythromycin fermentation.Adding appropriate amount of betaine to erythromycin fermentation liquor could make the fermentation titer reach more than 8000u/ml,and the percentage content of component C was reduced to below 3%.
