摘　　要：在供电公司的日常工作中,开展严格的监督管理工作是保证配网设备稳定运行的基础前提。从实际情况来看,目前在管理工作环节中,主要的任务有两点,分别是运行维护以及状态检修管理。二者的管理侧重点不同,操作方式及注意事项也有一定的差异。本文主要结合这两项管理工作中存在的实际问题,研究有效规范工作流程,科学优化配网设备运维管理内容和形式,提高管理质量的可行措施。In the daily work process of power supply company,it is the basic premise to carry out strict supervision and management to ensure the stable operation of each work.According to the actual situation,at present,there are two main tasks in the management work,namely,operation maintenance and condition based maintenance management.They have different management emphasis,operation mode and precautions.Based on this,this paper mainly combines the existing practical problems of these two management work,studies the feasible measures to effectively standardize the workfl ow,scientifi cally optimize the content and form of distribution network equipment operation and maintenance management,and improve the management quality.
