南京新见两方明代买地券考释

摘　　要：近年,南京新获明代戴得原买地券、丘志泉夫妇买地券,前者属于常见的冥契类买地券,券文所见的"功德""五符使者"首见于买地券神祇系统;后者属于实用类买地券的简录本,较为罕见。两方买地券所反映的功用与性质的差异,说明我国古代买地券一直存在冥契类和实用类两大不同类型。In recent years,two tomb title-deeds,respectively of Dai Deyuan and of Qiu Zhiquan and his wife,have been newly acquired in Nanjing.The former is a commonly seen title-deed for the underworld."Gong De(merits and virtues)" and "Wufu Shizhe(five envoys)" on it are firstly seen in the deity system on tomb title-deeds.The latter,an extremely rare one,is a concise version of functional title-deeds.Two tomb title-deeds reflect contrast and differences in functions and properties,proving in ancient China there used to be two types of tomb title-deeds,one especially for the underworld and the other of practical use.
