摘 要:高压隔离开关异常发热一直是电力系统当中长期存在的安全隐患,系统研究其异常发热现象并采取一定的技术手段对其进行实时监测具有重要意义。文中以GW6B-252型高压隔离开关为例,通过有限元数值仿真模拟探究了不同接触电阻、不同负载电流及不同镀层材料等3种因素对隔离开关异常发热的影响,在此基础上,通过实验获取了不同接触压力、污秽程度、蚀点程度、镀层材料、负载电流作用下隔离开关稳态热点温升的分布特性。对比分析仿真与实验结果,提出了不同影响因素对隔离开关热点温升的影响程度或表现形式不同的结论,对隔离开关维护检修工作具有一定的指导意义。The problem of overheating fault of high-voltage disconnector has brought unavoidable safety hazard for the power system.It is of great practical significance to study the phenomenon of abnormal overheating and take effective action to monitor it online.In this paper,GW6 B-252 high-voltage disconnector is used as an example to explore the influence of contact resistance,load current and coating material on the abnormal overheating of the solation switch is investigated by finite element.Numerical simulation,which is the basis of the study on the steady hot spot temperature distribution of disconnector,and taking different contact pressure,contamination degree,the extent of corrosion point,coating material and load current into account.The simulations and the experiments are conducted,and the conclusion that the influence degree or manifestations of different factors on the hot-point temperature rise of isolation switch is distinct is made,which is of guiding significance to the maintenance of high-voltage disconnector.
