摘  要:为了解决220 kV变压器箱沿螺栓异常发热问题,先分析红外跟踪数据并总结箱沿螺栓的发热特点,从理论上推导变压器漏磁在箱沿螺栓上产生的涡流损耗数学表达式,根据表达式得出螺栓发热的3个特点,然后根据分析结果,依次采用螺栓替换和加装短接铜排的方法进行处理,结果表明,该法实用性强,能有效消除变压器箱沿螺栓异常发热隐患。In order to solve the problem which part of bolts along the edge of fuel tank were abnormal heat in 220 kV transformer,the data of infrared lock-on was analyzed and the heating characteristics of the bolts were summarized firstly.Then the mathematical expression of the eddy current loss generated by the magnetic flux leakage of transformer on the bolts along the edge of fuel tank was deduced theoretically.According to the mathematical expression,the three heating characteristics of bolt were obtained.With the result,the bolt replacement and installation of the short connection were used in turn to deal with this problem.It showed that the method was practical and could eliminate the abnormal heating hazard of bolts along the edge of transformer fuel tank.
