摘  要:为提高设计方案的可靠性,构建一种客观的设计方案评价方式。根据冻干系统自动进出料原型现有问题,应用Siemens Tecnomatix Jack人机仿真软件对拆卸、清洁过程中操作人员的动作进行仿真分析,将分析结果作为设计方向得到设计方案。应用灰色关联度分析选择最优方案过程中,引用层次分析法(analsis hierarchy process,AHP)确定各影响因素的权重系数。根据所得各设计方案的关联度,确定设计方案。以制药装备中冻干系统自动进出料原型为例进行设计及设计方案评价,选择出较优的设计方案,验证其有效性。该方式能够客观地对各个设计方案进行评价,以量化的方式为确定设计方案提供参考依据。In order to improve the reliability of the design scheme,an objective design evaluation method was constructed.According to the existing problems of the automatic feeding and discharging prototype of the freeze-drying system,the simulation of the operation of the operator during the disassembly and cleaning process was carried out by using the Siemens Tecnomatix Jack human-machine simulation software.The analysis results were obtained as the design direction.In the process of selecting the optimal scheme by using grey correlation analysis,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)was used to determine the weight coefficient of each influencing factor.According to the degree of relevance of each design scheme,the design scheme was determined.The results were based on the automatic feeding and discharging prototype of the freeze-drying system in pharmaceutical equipment,and the design and design evaluation were carried out.The optimal design was selected to verify the effectiveness of the method.It can be seen that this method can objectively evaluate each design scheme and provide a reference for determining the design scheme in a quantitative manner.
