摘 要:提出一种新型基于斯特林循环的热驱自由活塞反渗透海水淡化动力系统,采用自由活塞发动机取消曲柄连杆等刚体传动机构,利用非刚性介质海水作为活塞平移机械能的接受体,简化传动链,通过蓄能器和配合弹簧作用,保持运动的周期性,能够提供稳定输出功,提高输出效率。建立斯特林动力部分绝热模型及活塞组件动力学模型,基于MATLAB软件平台编程分析,通过简化活塞运动模型,分析动力系统的相关变化规律及输出功。结果表明,动力系统可以稳定运行,有稳定输出功,设计比较合理,具有可行性。A new type of seawater desalination power system that was heat-driven,free-piston,and reverse-osmosis had been proposed.The system had taken advantage of free-piston engine to cancel the rigid body transmission mechanism such as crank connecting rod,and the non-rigid medium seawater was used as the receiving body of mechanical energy in the piston translation.Hence the drive chain was simplified.With the interaction between the accumulator and the matching spring,the periodicity of motion was maintained to provide stable output power and improve output efficiency.Established the adiabatic model of the Sterling dynamic part and the dynamics model of the piston component.Based on the MATLAB platform with programming analysis,the relevant changes and the output work of the dynamic system were analyzed by simplifying the piston motion model.The analysis results show that the power system can run stably which has stable output power,and the design is reasonable and feasible.
