摘  要:对原料电解锰渣(EMR)进行毒性浸出分析,以复合硅酸盐水泥(PC32.5R)为固化剂固化/稳定化处理EMR。研究不同PC32.5R掺量对固化体无侧限抗压强度和毒性浸出的影响,在此基础上,采用XRD和SEM分析固化体物相组成及微观形貌变化,探讨固化体在不同pH值浸取下的环境安全性。结果表明,EMR浸出液中Mn的浸出质量浓度为1082.43 mg/L,远超GB 8978-1996标准限值(2 mg/L)。采用PC32.5R对EMR进行固化处理,可满足EMR的无害化处理要求;从固化体的长期堆放考虑,EMR的处理量不宜超过85%。XRD和SEM结果表明,EMR中的含锰矿物MnSO4·2H2O、(NH4)2Mn(SO4)2·6H2O及可溶性Mn经PC32.5R固化后向更加稳定的锰钙辉石(CaMnSi2O6)和硅酸锰(MnSiO3)等难溶矿物相转变;同时水化凝胶可把EMR中的各组分胶结在一起,进而有效抑制EMR固化体中Mn的溶出。Toxicity leaching of electrolytic manganese residue(EMR)was carried out,and it was solidified/stabilized by composite Portland cement(PC32.5R)as a curing agent.The effects of PC32.5R contents on unconfined compressive strength and toxicity leaching of the solidified samples were studied.XRD and SEM were used to analyze the microstructure of the solidified samples.Additionally,the environmental safety of samples was also determined with different pH leaching agents.The results show that the leaching concentration of Mn in EMR leachates is 1082.43 mg/L far exceeding the standard limit(2 mg/L)of GB8978-1996.The solidification/stabilization of EMR using PC32.5R can meet the requirements of harmless treatment;For a long-term stockpiling,the treatment amount of EMR should not be higher than 85%.The results of XRD and SEM show that the manganese-containing minerals in EMR such as MnSO4·2H2O,(NH4)2Mn(SO4)2·6H2O and soluble Mn are solidified/stabilized by PC32.5R to transform into more stable compounds like manganese feldspar(CaMnSi2O6)and manganese silicate(MnSiO3)and other phase;meanwhile,the hydration products can connect the EMR components together with an overall to effectively control the dissolution of Mn in the solidified samples.
