摘  要:以天然白云石为原料,在1000℃保温3 h轻烧加40%水消化后,添加不同比例的生白云石压样成型,在不同温度保温3 h高温烧结后,测定烧结前后试样线变化率、体积密度、显气孔率及微观结构,研究生白云石对白云石熟料烧结性能和微观结构影响。结果表明:添加生白云石有利于天然白云石制备镁钙砂的烧结,可以降低天然白云石制备白云石熟料的烧结温度。未添加生白云石时,经1650℃保温3 h后,试样烧结前后线变化率为24.32%,烧结后试样体积密度为3.25 g/cm^3,显气孔率为4.68%,白云石熟料中CaO、MgO晶粒尺寸分别为4.02μm和2.38μm。当添加量为50%生白云石,1650℃保温3 h后,试样烧结前后线变化率为27.21%,烧结后试样体积密度为3.39 g/cm^3,显气孔率为3.01%,白云石熟料中CaO、MgO晶粒尺寸分别为5.23μm和4.32μm。Using natural dolomite as raw material,light burned at 1000℃for 3 hours 40%water digestion,added different proportions of raw dolomite and pressured,sintered 3 hours of high temperature at different temperatures,The liner change,volume density,apparent property and microstructure of sample were determined.The results showed that the addition of raw dolomite is beneficial to the sintering of natural dolomite for the preparation of doloma,and can reduce the sintering temperature of natural dolomite for the preparation of doloma.When raw dolomite was not added,after 3 hours of heat preservation at 1650℃,the liner change rate of the samples was 24.32%,the volume density was 3.25g/cm^3,and the apparent property was 4.68%.CaO and MgO grain sizes in dolomite clinker were 4.02μm and 2.38μm,respectively.When added 50%raw dolomite,after insulation at 1650℃ for 3 hours,the liner change rate of the sample was 27.21%,the volume density was 3.39 g/cm^3,and the apparent property was 3.01%.CaO and MgO grains in dolomite clinker are 5.23μm and 4.32μm,respectively.
