摘 要:以陶瓷抛光废渣为主要原料,电石渣为改性剂,采用水热蒸压法制备多孔材料作为光催化剂载体。通过BET、XRD、SEM等分析测试手段对抛光废渣基多孔材料的组成、结构和物理性能进行表征,确定电石渣的最佳添加量和改性机理。结果表明:在陶瓷抛光废渣中添加电石渣,会生成片状结构的水化硅酸钙。随着电石渣添加量进一步增加,试样不仅有大量片状的水化硅酸钙产生,还出现了针状结构的托贝莫来石,具有明显的增强和造孔作用。当电石渣添加量为20%时,试样具有较高的力学性能和最佳的孔结构,此时试样的耐压强度为13.4 MPa,总孔体积为0.11 mL/g,比表面积为26.22 m^2/g,介孔体积百分比为90.51%。A porous material was prepared by the hydrothermal autoclaving method as the photocatalyst carrier using porcelain tile polishing waste as the main raw material and carbide slag as the modifying agent.The physical properties,composition and structure of the porcelain tile polishing waste-based porous materials were characterized by BET,XRD and SEM to obtain the optimal addition amount of modifying agent and modification mechanism.The results show that when carbide slag is added to ceramic polishing slag,layered hydrated calcium silicate is generated.As the addition amount increased,not only a large number of hydrated calcium silicate was produced,but also needle-like tobermorite appeared,which had obvious enhancement and pore expansion effect.When the addition amount of carbide slag was 20%,the porcelain tile polishing waste-based porous material prepared by hydrothermal autoclaving method can obtain the best physical properties and pore structure.At this time,the compressive strength of the sample was 13.4 MPa,the total pore volume was 0.11 mL/g,the specific surface area was 26.22 m^2/g,and the mesoporous volume percentage was 90.51%.
