摘 要:生物质发电厂会产生大量的秸秆灰,露天堆弃和填埋会造成周围大气和环境的污染。秸秆灰主要组分为SiO2,理论上可作为混凝土掺和料使用。本试验采用化学分析法、XRD、SEM-EDX、氮气吸附法等测试了秸秆灰的化学组成、矿物组成、微观形貌及孔结构特征等理化特性。根据标准JG/T 486-2015探讨秸秆灰作为混凝土掺和料时流动度比、活性指数这两项重要技术性能指标,同时对水泥-秸秆灰体系水化产物物相组成进行了测试。A large amount of straw ash was produced in biomass power plants,and open dumping and landfilling will cause pollution to the surrounding atmosphere and environment.The main component of straw ash is SiO2,which can be used as a concrete admixture in theory.In this paper,chemical analysis,XRD,SEM-EDX,and N2 adsorption were used to test the chemical composition,mineral composition,micro-morphology,and pore structure characteristics of straw ash.According to national standards,the two important technical performance indicators of fluidity ratio and activity index were tested when straw ash is used as concrete admixture were tested,and the cement-straw ash system hydration products.
