摘  要:以微波辐照取代常规热源,常压下以磷石膏为原料,在Na2SO4-醇水反应体系中制备α-半水石膏晶须。研究了反应温度、时间及Na2SO4掺量等因素对α-半水石膏晶须组分、微观形貌及转化速率的影响规律,分析了相关机理。结果表明,随反应温度升高及Na2SO4掺量增加,磷石膏中主要成分二水硫酸钙向α-半水石膏晶须的转化速率加快,但α-半水石膏晶须长径比随Na2SO4掺量增加呈现先增大后减小的趋势,Na2SO4加入后Na元素参与了二水硫酸钙向α-半水石膏晶须的转变过程,且α-半水石膏晶须表面上Na元素含量随Na2SO4掺量的增加而增加;当反应温度为100℃,Na2SO4掺量4%时,40 min即可完成二水硫酸钙向α-半水石膏晶须的完全转化,制备出的α-半水石膏晶须长径比约为39。Absrtact In this paper,microwave irradiation was used to replace the conventional heat source,and phosphogypsum was used as raw material to prepareα-calcium sulfate hemihydrate whiskers in Na2SO4-alcohol-water reaction system at atmospheric pressure.The effects of reaction temperature,time and the content of Na2SO4 on the whisker composition,micromorphology and transformation rate ofα-calcium sulfate hemihydrate whiskers were studied,and the related mechanisms were analyzed.The results show that the conversion rate from calcium sulfate dihydrate toα-calcium sulfate hemihydrate whiskers increases with the increase of reaction temperature and the content of Na2SO4,but the ratio of length to diameter ofα-calcium sulfate hemihydrate whiskers showed a trend of decrease after the first increase with the increase of Na2SO4 content.After the addition of Na2SO4,Na element is involved in the transformation process from calcium sulfate dihydrate toα-calcium sulfate hemihydrate whiskers,and the content of Na on the surface ofα-calcium sulfate hemihydrate whiskers increased with the increase of the content of Na2SO4.When the reaction temperature is 100℃and the content of Na2SO4 is 4%,it takes only 40 minutes to complete the transformation from calcium sulfate dihydrate toαhemihydrate gypsum whisker,and the ratio of length to diameter ofα-calcium sulfate hemihydrate whiskers thus prepared is about 39.
