摘　　要：目的:总结COVID-19疫区大型三甲医院静脉用药调配中心(简称PIVAS)防控策略,为全国大型医院PIVAS面对突发公共卫生事件时提供参考。方法:将PIVAS区域五级细分,对各区域清洁消毒和人员进出实行分级管理,加强重点物资管理,同时合理调配人力资源,强化防疫知识培训,关注员工身心健康,给予人文关怀。结果:COVID-19疫情期间,PIVAS有序运行,保障了输液质量安全,有利于降低临床配液压力,在疫情防控中发挥了重要作用。结论:面对突发COVID-19事件,需要及时出台强有力的应对决策,并严格遵循,落到实处。通过科学防控、理性应战,一定能打赢COVID-19战役。OBJECTIVE To summarize the prevention and control strategy of PIVAS in the large-scale third-class a hospital of COVID-19 epidemic area,and provide a reference for the large-scale PIVAS in China in the face of public health emergencies.METHODS The PIVAS region was divided into Five-level subdivision.In each region,the management of cleaning and disinfection were different.The management of key materials was strengthened.At the same time,human resources were rationally allocated,knowledge of training in epidemic prevention were strengthened,physical and mental health were paid attention to the staff.RESULTS During the COVID-19 epidemic,the orderly operation of PIVAS ensured the quality and safety of infusion in the whole hospital,which is beneficial to reduce the pressure of clinical dispensing,and played an important role in the prevention and control of the epidemic situation.CONCLUSION In the face of public health emergencies,it is necessary to make a strong response decision in time,and strictly follow it.Through scientific prevention and control,rational combat,will certainly win the COVID-19 war epidemic.
