摘  要:在开发新油田和调整老油田时,为了减少井眼相碰带来的经济损失,采用了井眼轨道设计、随钻测量和防碰扫描等技术,但这些技术均存在一定的不足,不利于井眼间防碰监测。为此,设计了一种井下震源发生器。该工具的基本工作原理是通过液压装置蓄能,利用弹簧力驱使冲锤冲击铁砧产生理想的震击力。以冲锤为研究对象,建立了井下震源发生器的动力学模型,通过MATLAB GUI进行数值模拟程序编制,求解冲锤速度、加速度和位移与时间关系的微分方程,获得井下震源发生器输出性能规律,通过改变弹簧刚度、冲锤质量、节流面积和钻井液密度等,研究了井下震源发生器设计参数对冲锤输出性能的影响。研究结果表明,当钻井液密度为1100 kg/m^3,弹簧刚度为76.26 N/mm,冲锤质量为80 kg,节流面积为2875.19 mm^2时,井下震源发生器冲锤的输出性能最好。研究内容与结果可为井下震源发生器的现场应用提供指导。In order to cut economic losses caused by wellbore collisions,well trajectory design,measuring while drilling and anti-collision scanning etc.techniques are applied in the development of new oilfields and adjustment of mature oilfields.However,there are certain deficiencies in such techniques that are not conductive to wellbore anti-collision monitoring.For this purpose,one kind of downhole seismic generator is designed.The basic operating principle of this tool is to generate the ideal seismic shock force by impacting the anvil with a hammer driven by spring force provided by a hydraulic accumulator.A dynamic model of the downhole seismic generator was established by taking the harmer as the researching object.Through the numeric simulation programming with MATLAB GUI,the output performance law of the downhole seismic generator was obtained by solving the differential equation defining the relationship between the hammer’s velocity,acceleration,displacement and the time.The influence of design parameters of the downhole seismic generator on the harmer’s output performance was studied by changing the spring stiffness,mass of hammer,throttling area and drilling fluid density etc.The results proved that the output performance of the downhole seismic generator is the best when the drilling fluid density is 1100 kg/m^3,the spring stiffness is 76.26 N/mm and the mass of hammer is 80 kg and the throttling area is 2875.19 mm^2.The process and findings of the study can provide guidance for the field application of the downhole seismic generator.
