摘 要:柔性分支管增产技术是一种新型裸眼完井增产技术,适用于碳酸盐岩缝洞型储层增产,现亟需开发柔性分支管增产工具。为此,通过分析柔性分支管增产技术原理,提出了柔性分支管增产工具设计的关键力学问题。基于有限元方法,研究了柔性分支管的局部屈曲问题,得出分支管直径的设计依据。基于钻柱整体屈曲计算方法,结合柔性分支管的受力特点研究了其整体屈曲问题,得出分支管壁厚的设计依据,优选了柔性分支管的尺寸参数和材质。通过原理样机的试验研究,验证了柔性分支管增产工具设计的可行性。研究成果对柔性分支增产工具的国产化和技术推广有很好的借鉴意义。Reservoir stimulation with fishbone flexible pipes is a new type of open hole completion and stimulation technique,which is applicable for stimulation of fracture-cavity carbonate reservoirs.The development of flexible pipe reservoir simulation tools is needed.Therefore,critical mechanical issues on the design of fishbone flexible pipe reservoir stimulation tools were proposed by analyzing the technical principle of reservoir stimulation with the help of flexible pipes.Based on the finite element method(FEM),the local buckling problem of flexible pipes was studied and the design basis of flexible pipe diameter was drawn.Based on the overall buckling calculation method of the drilling string,the overall buckling problem of fishbone flexible pipes was studied,combined with the characteristics of forces subject to it,and the design basis of flexible pipe wall thickness was determined,and the dimension parameters and materials of the flexible pipes were optimized.The design feasibility of reservoir stimulation tools with the help of flexible pipes was verified through the experimental study of the elementary prototype.The study results can provide a good reference for the localization of this tool and technology promotion.
