摘  要:以浙江蜡梅叶片为材料,采用水蒸气蒸馏法对其挥发油提取工艺进行优化,并采用气相色谱-质谱联用法分析其成分。结果表明,浙江蜡梅的最优提取条件为浸泡时间120min,蒸馏时间240min,NaCl浓度0.5%,料液比1︰5,在此条件下其挥发油得率为1.483%;各因素对其得率的影响大小顺序为蒸馏时间>氯化钠浓度=料液比>浸泡时间。成分分析结果表明,浙江蜡梅叶片挥发油主成分为桉叶油醇(19.26%)、樟脑(11.65%)、喇叭烯氧化物-(I)(9.10%)、芳樟醇(7.74%)、蛇麻烯(7.50%)等。浙江蜡梅叶片挥发油含量丰富,其成分主要为单萜及其衍生物。The extraction optimization and chemical compositions of volatile oil from Chimonanthus zhejiangensis M.C.Liu leaves(VOCZ)were carried out by hydrodistillation extraction and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).The results showed that the maximum yield of VOCZ was 1.483%under the conditions of 240min distillation with the material/water ratio of 1︰5 and 0.5%NaCl after soaking 120min.The order of influence on yield of VOCZ was distillation time>material/water ratio=NaCl concentration>soaking time.The main compositions of VOCZ were Eucalyptol(19.26%),Camphor(11.65%),Ledene oxide-(I)(9.10%),Linalool(7.74%),Humulene(7.50%).The volatile oil was abundant in C.zhejiangensis M.C.Liu leaves and the main chemical compositions of VOCZ were monoterpene and oxygenated monoterpenes.
