摘 要:装配式建筑是各种建筑部品经由一定的连接方式进行现场的装配而成的绿色建筑。由绿色建筑评价标准评价指标推及装配式建筑,从全寿命周期出发分5个阶段分析其评价指标体系。通过主客观权重确定组合权重,模糊综合计算得到绿色性能矩阵。应用价值工程,通过绿色性能矩阵、全寿命周期成本矩阵,探讨五阶段装配式建筑绿色性能与成本均衡关系,在功能与成本上寻求价值的最优,为推广和建设装配式建筑提供最优配置的模型。Prefabricated building is a kind of green building formed by assembling various building components on site through certain connection methods.By introducing the green building assessment method to prefabricated buildings,an evaluation index system is analyzed in five stages from the aspect of life cycle analysis.The combination weight is determined by considering subjective and objective weights,and the green performance matrix is obtained by fuzzy comprehensive calculation.Based on the value engineering method,this paper discusses the equilibrium relationship between green performance and cost during the five-stage of prefabricated buildings by using green performance matrix and life cycle cost matrix,seeking to the optimal value in function and cost.The findings of this study provides an optimal configuration model for the promotion and construction of prefabricated buildings.
