摘　　要：针对模拟工程量清单广泛应用的背景及综合单价合理性的重要作用,对模拟工程量清单项目的工作流程进行梳理,认为模拟工程量清单项目模式实质上属于快速路径施工管理模式。根据综合单价的组价原理和方法,结合蒙特卡洛(MC)方法构建了综合单价合理性评价模型。并结合实际案例验证了基于MC方法的综合单价评价模型方便实用,模拟结果具有一定的科学性,为模拟工程量清单项目招评标管理提供了新方法。Considering the background of the wide application of simulated bill of quantity(BOQ)and the important role played by the effectiveness of comprehensive unit price,this paper combs the workflow of simulated BOQ projects and argues that the project mode of simulated BOQ is essentially a construction management mode with fast path method.Then,by employing Monte Carlo(MC)method,it builds an evaluation model for assessing the effectiveness of comprehensive unit price according to the principles and methods of the comprehensive unit price.Finally,by using real cases,this study confirms that the comprehensive unit price evaluation model based on MC method is convenient and practical and the simulated result has certain scientific nature,which provides a new approach for the bidding evaluation management of simulated BOQ projects.
