摘 要:为准确评价城市客运枢纽的有效性,从而可以进行有效的建设发展,采用了数据包络分析法.考虑到传统DEA法的指标权重无限性问题,将相对信息量运用到熵权中从而得到客观信息熵权,然后和AHP的主观指标权重进行组合形成混合约束锥,用该混合约束锥对DEA法的指标权重进行约束.经实例验证,表明使用熵权-AHP混合约束锥对DEA法的指标权重进行约束可以有效的避免传统DEA法指标权重无限性,而且可以适当的降低AHP约束锥纯主观性对DEA法的客观性冲击,可以对城市客运枢纽进行有效合理的排序,反应各枢纽的客观影响.To evaluate accurately the availability of urban passenger transport hub for carrying out follow-up construction and development,data envelopment analysis method is adopted.Considering the infinity of the index weight of the traditional DEA method,the objective information entropy weight is obtained by applying the relative information to the entropy weight,and then combined with the subjective index weight of AHP to form a mixed constraint cone to constrain the index weight of the DEA method.Examples show that restricting the index weight of the DEA by using the mixed constraint cone of entropy weight and AHP can effectively avoid the indefiniteness of the index weight of traditional DEA method,and can properly reduce the impact of the pure subjectivity of AHP constraint cone on the objectivity of the DEA method,and can effectively and reasonably rank urban passenger transport hubs and reflect the objective impact of each hub.
