摘 要:随着互联网产业的快速发展,以图片、视频为载体的新媒体在网络空间中的应用越来越广泛,已逐步成为使用率最高的媒体形态。通过对网络空间治理现状进行分析,阐述了基于人工智能的系列视图像内容安全技术,以此为核心,紧密围绕网络安全与信息化,聚焦内容安全,提出了将人工智能技术用于网络空间治理的新媒体内容监测综合解决方案,该方案将助力于行业监管部门的网络空间内容安全治理工作。With the rapid development of the Internet industry,new media based on pictures and videos have been more and more widely used in cyberspace,and have gradually become the media form with the highest utilization rate.By analyzing the current situation of cyberspace governance,and a series of video content security technologies based on artificial intelligence are elaborated.With this as the core,a comprehensive solution of new media content monitoring using artificial intelligence technology in cyberspace governance is proposed,which closely focuses on network security and informatization and focuses on content security.The scheme will help the industry regulatory authorities to manage the content security of cyberspace.
