摘　　要：基于复杂自适应系统理论,从我国家庭医生签约服务供需双方所处的环境出发建立家庭医生签约服务模式If/Then规则集,构建刺激-反应模型。在深入了解家庭医生签约服务模式复杂性的基础上,通过调整家庭医生签约服务供需双方的环境(自变量),来促进家庭医生签约服务模式(因变量)的优化,以提高基层首诊率。应提高家庭医生社会地位,建立科学、可行和有效的监督评价机制,夯实经济支撑,打破医疗信息孤岛,保障签约居民利益,提高居民对家庭医生签约服务的认知度与认可度,积极探索家庭医生综合付费机制,完善配套政策。Based on the complex adaptive system theory,the contracting family doctor service mode If/Then rule set is established from the environment where both the contracting family doctor service and the supply and demand sides are located,and the stimulus-response model is constructed.Based on an in-depth understanding of the complexity of the contracting family doctor service mode,the environment of both the supply and demand sides of the contracting family doctor service(independent variable)was adjusted to promote the optimization of the contracting family doctor service mode(dependent variable)to increase the rate of primary consultation at the grassroots level.We should improve the social status of family doctors,establish a scientific,feasible,and effective monitoring and evaluation mechanism,consolidate economic support,break the island of medical information,protect the interests of contracted residents,increase residents'awareness and recognition of contracting family doctor service,and actively explore a comprehensive payment mechanism for family doctors and improve supporting policies.
