摘 要:目的:基于用户感知视角,探讨当前影响数字医疗信息服务水平指标的排序问题,提出一种数字医疗信息服务工作的综合评价方法,推动数字医疗机构信息服务工作的改进、建设与管理。方法:通过统计分析及函数计算建立评价指标体系,采集不同专家的定量打分数据,应用判断矩阵算法实现指标评价值的排序功能,并在此基础上,结合定量指标权重与雷达图特征向量算法进行指标、维度、体系雷达图的绘制。结果:得到9个维度及1个体系雷达图的特征向量和综合评价函数对应值,结合权重的EGM-雷达图分析法所构建的医疗信息服务水平综合评价模型得出了对维度的重要价值排序由高至低为:服务价值>人员价值>产品价值>精神成本>时间+体力成本>品牌价值>冲突成本>风险成本>情境价值,符合该医疗机构信息服务的实际水平。结论:基于EGM-雷达图分析法的数字医疗信息服务水平的综合评价考虑到了医护人员、患者、信息处理等一系列问题,数字医疗信息服务水平在原有基础上有了很大的改进和提高。Objective:To discuss the ranking of indicators that affect the level of digital medical information service,from the perspective of user perception,and to propose a comprehensive evaluation method for the level of medical information service,which played a role in promoting the improvement,construction and management of the digital medical information service work.Methods:Through statistical analysis and the calculation function to establish evaluation index system,collecting different expert rating data,the quantitative judgment matrix algorithm was applied to implement target value sequencing function.Based on this,combined with the quantitative index weight index and radar chart feature vector algorithm to perform the index,dimension,and draw the system radar chart.Results:The corresponding values of feature vectors and comprehensive evaluation function of radar maps of 9 dimensions and 1 system were obtained.Combined with the weighted EGM-Radar Chart analysis method,the comprehensive evaluation model of medical information service level was constructed to obtain the ranking of important values of dimensions from high to low:service value>personnel value>product value>mental cost>time+physical cost>brand value>conflict cost>risk cost>situational value,it conformed to the actual level of information service of the medical institution.Conclusion:The evaluation of digital medical information service level based on EGM-Radar Chart analysis has considered a series of problems of medical personnel,patients,information processing and so on in many aspects,and the digital medical structure information service level has been greatly improved on the original basis.
