摘　　要：目的:了解辽宁省某县级医院老年循环系统疾病患者住院费用构成及其影响因素,为降低住院费用提供参考。方法:运用中位数和四分位数描述住院费用构成及在不同特征人群中的分布状况。运用秩和检验进行组间比较,并运用多元线性回归分析循环系统疾病老年患者住院费用的影响因素。结果:在住院费用中,药费居于首位(1901元),其次为诊疗费(1000元)和综合服务费(753元)。多元线性回归分析表明住院天数、是否手术和付费方式对住院费用有显著影响。结论:应加强医院内部管理,强化政府责任,加强医疗保险的监管,提高老年人疾病预防和治疗意识,以降低住院费用。Objective:To understand the composition of hospitalization expenses of elderly patients with circulatory system diseases in a county-level hospital of Liaoning province and its influencing factors,and to provide suggestions for reducing hospitalization expenses.Methods:Median and quartile were used to describe the composition of hospitalization expenses and the distribution of hospitalization expenses in different characteristic groups.Rank sum tests were used to compare the differences,and multiple linear regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of hospitalization expenses of elderly patients with circulatory system diseases.Results:Among the hospitalization expenses,the drug cost ranked first(1901 yuan),followed by the treatment fee(1000 yuan)and the comprehensive service fee(753 yuan).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that hospitalization days,surgery and the payment ways had significant effects on the hospitalization expenses.Conclusion:We should strengthen hospital internal management,government responsibility,the supervision and management of medical insurance and improve the awareness of disease prevention and treatment of the elderly to reduce hospitalization costs.
