摘　　要：目的:明确医院灾害脆弱点,为后期运营提供决策支持。方法:采用文献计量法、专家会商法、风险矩阵法、三维曲线图法评估医院灾害脆弱性。结果:技术灾害类、人员伤害类处于Ⅳ级,自然灾害类、危险品类处于Ⅲ级,信息系统故障、重大医患纠纷、患者院内跌倒/坠落、电梯故障为风险值排名前四的灾害指标。结论:在综合监控的基础上需重点管控前四类灾害,保证培训到位、预案完善、物资充足,实现灾害影响最小化。Objective:To identify the hazard vulnerable point of hospital and provide decision support for the later operation.Methods:Bibliometric method,expert meeting method,risk matrix method,and three-dimensional curve graph method were used to evaluate the hazard vulnerability of hospital.Results:The technical disasters and personal injury disasters were in level IV,natural disasters and hazardous article disasters were in level III.In addition,the information system failure,major medical disputes,tumble of patients in hospital,elevator failure were the top four indicators of vulnerability.Conclusion:It’s necessary to focus on the four indicators on the basis of comprehensive monitoring.Besides guaranteed training,perfect plans and sufficient materials are the requirements for minimizing the impact of disasters.
