摘　　要：目的:调查陕西省育龄妇女二孩生育意愿及影响因素,为进一步落实生育政策和完善社会服务提供参考。方法:便利抽取1812名陕西户籍育龄妇女进行问卷调查,并进行卡方检验、Logistic回归分析影响生育二孩意愿的因素。结果:有二孩生育意愿者为45.3%,不确定者为24.2%。回归分析发现农业户籍妇女意愿强于非农户籍妇女;非独生子女妇女意愿强于独生子女妇女。24-32岁育龄妇女意愿最强,生育意愿与文化程度呈负相关,中等收入家庭的妇女意愿最不确定。结论:陕西省育龄妇女二孩生育意愿不高。户籍、年龄、是否独生子女、文化程度、职业和家庭收入是影响育龄妇女生育意愿的重要因素。Objective:To investigate the fertility desire and its influencing factors of the child-bearing age women in Shaanxi province,to provide references to further promote and improve the reproductive policy and complementary services.Methods:1812 child-bearing age women in Shaanxi province were investigated.The Chi-square test and multinomial logistic regression analysis were used to analyze the influencing factors of two-child fertility desire.Results:45.3%of the surveyed women had the two-child fertility desire,and 24.2%were unsure.The regression analysis results indicated that female fertility desire of agricultural household registration was higher than that of non-agricultural household registration.The fertility desire of non-single child was higher than that of single-child.The reproductive willingness of women aged 24-32 years old was the strongest among all age groups.The fertility desire was negatively correlated with the education level.The unsure desire of the women in middle income family was significant.Conclusion:The fertility desire of child-bearing age women in Shaanxi province is at low level.Household registration,age,whether the respondent is the single-child,education level,occupation,family income are the significant influencing factors on two-child fertility desire of child-bearing age women.
