摘　　要：目的:了解淮安市城区老年人医养结合照护需求现状及其影响因素,为深化医养结合供给侧结构性改革提供参考。方法:采用两阶段随机抽样的方法,对淮安市560名城区老年人进行问卷调查,运用描述性统计、单因素分析和多元线性回归分析对调查数据进行分析。结果:淮安市城区老年人的医养结合照护需求得分为(3.72±0.34),处于较高水平;不同性别、年龄、学历、收入水平、健康水平、配偶情况、子女情况的老年人得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);性别、年龄、学历、收入水平和健康水平是影响老年人医养结合照护需求的主要因素(P<0.05)。结论:医养结合照护应面向全体老年人,并以高龄、高学历、高收入、身体差的男性老年人为重点服务对象。Objective:To understand the status quo and influencing factors of the demand for the combination of medical treatment and care for the urban elderly in Huai’an city,to provide scientific basis for deepening the structural reform of the supply side of the combination of medical treatment and care.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted among 560 elderly people in Huai'an city by two-stage random sampling.Descriptive statistics,single factor analysis and multiple linear regression analysis were used to analyze the survey data.Results:The score of the elderly's demand for the combination of medical treatment and care in Huai’an city was(3.72±0.34),which was at a higher level.There were significant differences in the scores of the elderly between different gender,age,educational level,income level,health level,marital status and children status(P<0.05).Gender,age,educational level,income level and health level were the main influencing factors of the demand for the combination of medical treatment and care for the urban elderly in Huai’an city(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination medical treatment and care should be oriented to all elderly people,and the older male elderly with higher education,income and poorer health should be the priority.
