摘 要:以葡萄糖为原料,分别与正辛醇、异辛醇和仲辛醇通过直接糖苷化反应合成了正辛基葡萄糖苷、异辛基葡萄糖苷和仲辛基葡萄糖苷非离子表面活性剂。通过IR和1HNMR对辛基葡萄糖苷结构进行表征,并对正、异、仲辛基葡萄糖苷的理化性能和应用性能进行了比较。结果表明,正、异、仲辛基葡萄糖苷的临界胶束浓度(cmc)相近,异辛基葡萄糖苷的γcmc最小,正辛基葡萄糖苷的γcmc最大;正辛基葡萄糖苷的乳化性能、吸湿保湿性能以及去污性能最好,异辛基葡萄糖苷的泡沫性能、润湿渗透性能最好。Three nonionic surfactants,n-octyl glucoside,iso-octyl glucoside and sec-octyl glucoside,were synthesized by direct glycosidation of glucose with n-octanol,iso-octyl alcohol and sec-octanol.The structure of the product was characterized by IR and 1HNMR,and the physical,chemical properties and appli cation properties of the n-octyl,iso-octyl and sec-octyl glucosides were compared.The results showed that the critical micelle concentration(cmc)of n-octyl,iso-octyl and sec-octyl glucosides was similar,the γcmc of iso-octyl glucoside was the smallest,and theγcmc of n-octyl glucoside was the largest.N-octyl glucoside had the best emulsification,moisture absorption and retention,decontamination properties,and the iso-octyl gluco side had the best foaming property and wettability.
