摘  要:为了提高聚苯胺和石墨烯复合材料的循环稳定性,采用改进Hummers法制备氧化石墨烯(GO),以氯化亚砜对羧基进行酰氯化的同时还原其他含氧基团,然后对酰氯进行氨基化改性,在此基础上以苯胺原位氧化聚合法制备聚苯胺接枝石墨烯复合材料(rGO-PANI)。采用扫描电镜(SEM)、红外光谱(FTIR)、X射线衍射光谱(XRD)、拉曼光谱(Raman)和紫外可见光谱(UV-Vis)表征其形貌和结构。采用四探针测试仪测试其导电性,电化学工作站测试其电化学性能,并与非接枝型聚苯胺/石墨烯复合材料(rGO/PANI)进行比较。结果表明:rGO-PANI中的聚苯胺以共价键与石墨烯连接,循环稳定性得到提高,在循环100次后比电容量仅损失5%(而非接枝型损失15%);具有良好的导电性,电阻率可达0.3Ω·cm;具有良好的电荷存储性能,比电容量可达603 F/g。In order to improve the cycle stability of polyaniline and graphene composites,polyaniline graft ed graphene composite(rGO-PANI)was prepared.First,graphene oxide(GO)was prepared by modified Hum mers method.Carboxy acyl chloride was chlorinated by thionyl chloride and other oxygen-containing groups were reduced at the same time.The amination modification of acyl chloride was then carried on.On the ba sis,rGO-PANI was prepared by in situ oxidative polymerization of aniline.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM),infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),X-ray diffraction(XRD),Raman spectroscopy(Raman)and ultraviolet-visi ble spectroscopy(UV-Vis)were used to characterize its morphology and structure.The conductivity of the composites was tested by four probes device,and the electrochemical performance of the composites was tested by electrochemical workstation.Its conductivity and electrochemical performance were compared with the non-grafted polyaniline/graphene composite(rGO/PANI).The results showed that the polyaniline in rGOPANI was covalently bonded to graphene.The cycle stability of rGO-PANI was improved,and the capacitance loss was only 5%after 100 cycles,while the loss of non-grafted type was 15%.At the same time,rGO-PANI had good electrical conductivity,whose resistivity could reach 0.3 Ω·cm,and had good charge storage perfor mance,whose specific capacitance could reach 603 F/g.
