摘  要:作为一种新型绿色环保溶剂,低共熔溶剂是一种潜在的可用于分散染料溶剂染色的新型染色介质。研究了分散红73在低共熔溶剂氯化胆碱/乙二醇(ChCl/EG)中的稳定性以及溶解可能性;测定了在不同温度下分散红73在ChCl/EG中的溶解度及其随时间的变化,计算出对应的溶解速率;对分散红73在低共熔溶剂中对涤纶织物的上染进行了初步研究。结果表明,低共熔溶剂氯化胆碱/乙二醇能够充分溶解分散红73,可以用于分散染料溶剂染色。As a new type of green solvent,deep eutectic solvent(DES)had great potential as a new dye ing medium for solvent dyeing of disperse dyes.The stability and possibility of dissolution of disperse red 73 in deep eutectic solvent choline chloride/ethylene glycol(ChCl/EG)was investigated.The solubility of disperse red 73 in ChCl/EG at different temperatures and the change of solubility with time were measured,and the corresponding dissolution rate was calculated.The dyeing of polyester fabric with disperse red 73 in deep eu tectic solvent was studied.The results showed that the deep eutectic solvent choline chloride/ethylene glycol could fully dissolve disperse red 73 and could be used in disperse dyes solvent dyeing.
