摘  要:目的建立补体活化体外模型,评价姜黄素脂质体补体激活能力。方法使用混合的人血清作为标准反应血清,用人IgG和zymosan A激活标准反应血清中的补体成分后得到标准阳性对照血清,在标准反应血清中加入姜黄素脂质体进行补体激活反应,并检测SC5b-9含量。结果姜黄素脂质体组SC5b-9浓度与NC组相比,增加了约330%。结论使用补体活化体外模型可以评价姜黄素脂质体补体激活能力和比较不同批次姜黄素脂质体补体激活能力的差异。Objective To establish a complement activation model in vitro and evaluate the complement activation ability of curcumin liposomes.Methods Mixed human serum was used as standard reaction serum,the standard positive control serum was obtained by activating the complement components of standard reaction serum with human IgG and zymosan A.The curcumin liposomes were added to the standard reaction serum for complement activation reaction,and SC5 b-9 content was also detected.Results Compared with NC group,the concentration of SC5 b-9 in curcumin liposome group increased by about 330%.Conclusion In vitro model of complement activation can be used to evaluate the complement activation ability of curcumin liposomes and to compare the different complement activation ability of different batches of curcumin liposomes.
