摘　　要：现代药剂学已经经历了60多年的发展。综述采用大数据分析的方法对1980-2019年发表的136142篇药剂学文献,以及38117个美国FDA批准上市药物的数据进行可视化分析,从全球变化趋势、合作网络、研究热点、产品批准等几个角度分析全球药剂学学术和产业发展现状,为我国未来药剂学研究方向与科研成果转化提供新的思路。Modern pharmaceutics has been developing over the last 60 years.This review aims to analyze the current status of pharmaceutics in terms of the academic research and industrial development from the perspectives of global development trend,collaboration network,research hotspot and product approval on the basis of 136,142 papers of pharmaceutical research and data of 38,117 FDA-approved drugs from 1980 to 2019,with an attempt to provide reference for the pharmaceutical research and transfer of research achievements in the future of China.
