妊娠期糖尿病孕妇妊娠晚期血脂及凝血功能检测的临床意义

摘　　要：目的观察妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)妊娠晚期孕妇与正常孕妇血脂及凝血功能指标的差异,为GDM孕妇临床管理提供依据。方法选取2017年1月至2019年5月我院收治的GDM妊娠晚期患者30例作为观察组,并选取同期于我院产检正常的妊娠晚期孕妇30例作为对照组。比较两组血脂水平[总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)]、凝血功能指标[血小板计数(BPC)、D二聚体(D-D)、纤维蛋白原(Fbg)、红细胞比容(HCT)]以及妊娠结局。结果观察组TC、TG、LDL-C、D-D、Fbg以及HCT值均高于对照组,HDL-C水平低于对照组,不良妊娠结局发生率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠晚期GDM孕妇血脂及凝血功能指标均较高,易引发不良妊娠结局,需及时进行有效干预。Objective To observe the difference between late gestation algec diabetes(GDM)pregnant women and normal pregnant women blood lipid and blood clotting function indicators,to provide a basis for the clinical management of GDM pregnant women.Methods 30 cases of late GDM pregnancy patients admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to May 2019 were selected as observation group,and 30 cases of pregnant women in the advanced stage of pregnancy were selected for the same period in our hospital.Comparing two groups of lipid levels total cholesterol(TC),triylglycerides(TG),low-density lipoprotein(LDL-C),high-density lipoprotein(HDL-C),clotting function indicators platelet count(BPC),D dimer(D-D),fibrin(Fbg),red blood cell ratio(HCT)and pregnancy outcome.Results The values of TC,TG,LDL-C,D-D,Fbg and HCT were higher than those in the control group,the HDL-C level was lower than that of the control group,and the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes was higher than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The blood lipid and clotting function index of pregnant women with GDM in late pregnancy are high,which can lead to adverse pregnancy outcomes,and need to be effectively interfered with in time.
