摘　　要：针对某车型前空心稳定杆断裂问题,通过原因分析,改进生产工艺,并进行台架及整车路试耐久试验验证,最终解决了空心稳定杆的断裂问题。In view of the fracture problem of the front hollow stabilizer bar of a type of vehicle,the authors finally solve the fracture problem of the hollow stabilizer bar through analyzing the causes,improving the production process and doing the durability validation by the bench test and the vehicle road test.
