摘　　要：目的:探究利巴韦林注射液联合重组人干扰素α1b超声雾化治疗流感病毒感染致病毒性肺炎的效果。方法:选取和平县人民医院接收的流感病毒感染致病毒性肺炎患儿150例,随机分成三组。A组50例,在对症支持治疗基础上给予利巴韦林注射液超声雾化治疗。B组50例,在对症支持治疗基础上给予重组人干扰素α1b超声雾化治疗。C组50例,在对症支持治疗基础上给予利巴韦林注射液联合重组人干扰素α1b超声雾化治疗。治疗结束后对比三组疗效。结果:治疗后C组治疗有效率(98.00%,49/50)高于A组(80.00%,40/50)和B组(82.00%,41/50),C组住院、发热、咳嗽、喘息时间均小于A组、B组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);三组均无明显不良反应。结论:利巴韦林注射液联合重组人干扰素α1b超声雾化治疗流感病毒感染致病毒性肺炎疗效显著。Objective:To explore the effect of ribavirin injection combined with recombinant human interferonα1b ultrasonic atomization in the treatment of viral pneumonia caused by influenza virus infection.Method:150 children with viral pneumonia caused by influenza virus were randomly divided into three groups.In group A,50 cases were treated with ultrasound atomization of ribavirin injectionby on the basis of conventional treatment.50 cases in group B were treated with recombinant human interferon alpha 1b ultrasound nebulization on the basis of conventional treatment.In group C,50 patients were treated with ribavirin injection combined with recombinant human interferon alpha 1-B ultrasound nebulization.After the treatment on the basis of conventional treatment,the curative effect of the three groups was compared.Results:After treatment,the effective rate of group C(98.00%,49/50)was higher than that of group A(80.00%,40/50)and group B(82.00%,41/50).The time of hospitalization,fever,cough and wheezing in group C was shorter than that in group A and group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions in the three groups.Conclusion:Ribavirin injection combined with interferon ultrasonic nebulization is effective in the treatment of viral pneumonia caused by influenza virus infection.
