西藏作物根际垫刃科线虫3个新记录种

摘　　要：在对西藏农区的植物线虫种类进行调查期间,采集了多种作物的根系组织和根际土壤样品,采用改良贝曼漏斗法对样品中的线虫进行分离,根据形态学特征,从分离的线虫样品中鉴定出3种垫刃科线虫,分别为微针垫刃线虫(Tylenchus stylolus Xie&Feng, 1995)、双绢丝尾垫刃线虫(Filenchus ditissimus(Brzeski, 1963)Siddiqi, 1986)和伊朗平滑垫刃线虫(Psilenchus iranicus Kheiri, 1970),本文对其进行了描述。这3种线虫均为西藏地区新记录种,其中垫刃属和平滑垫刃属为西藏地区新记录属,微针垫刃线虫为首次在梨树上发现。Nematodes of the family Tylenchidae are widely distributed in the rhizosphere of various plants.Soil and root samples were collected from different crops during the survey of plant nematodes in the main cultivation area in Tibet,China.Nematodes were extracted from these samples using the modified Baermann funnel method.Three species of family Tylenchidae among these nematode populations,Tylenchus stylolus Xie&Feng,1995,Filenchus ditissimus(Brzeski,1963)Siddiqi,1986 and Psilenchus iranicus Kheiri,1970 were identified according to morphologyical features and described in this paper.These three species and the genera Tylenchus and Psilenchus were firstly recorded in Tibet.And the Tylenchus stylolus was firstly found in pear trees.
