摘  要:为了探究豆科牧草种子萌发期对低温胁迫的适应性,以紫花苜蓿、天蓝苜蓿、白花草木犀和黄花草木樨为材料,采用4℃处理为低温胁迫条件,以25℃处理为对照,测定其发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数、根长、苗长等6个生长指标,并利用隶属函数法综合评价其抗寒性。结果表明:在4℃低温胁迫条件下,4种牧草发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数、胚根长和胚芽长均低于CK,并且各材料耐低温能力存在显著差异;采用隶属函数法对以上指标的综合评价结果表明,天蓝苜蓿、紫花苜蓿、白花草木樨和黄花草木樨的平均隶属值为0.468、0.447、0.427和0.398,抗寒性强弱顺序为紫花苜蓿>天蓝苜蓿>白花草木樨>黄花草木樨。In order to explore the adaptability of legume seeds to low temperature stress during germination,Medicago sativa,Medicago lupulina,M.alba and M.officinalis were selected as object materials.Moreover,4℃was used as low temperature stress condition while 25℃was used as control,and six growth indexes,such as germination rate,germination potential,germination index,vigor index,root length and seedling length,were measured to comprehensively evaluate its cold resistance using the membership function method.The results showed that germination rate,germination potential,germination index,vigor index,radicle length and embryo length of the four forages were lower than CK,and there was significant difference in the low temperature tolerance of each group.The comprehensive evaluation results of the above indexes by membership function method showed that the average membership values of the four forages were 0.4.68,0.447,0.427 and 0.398,and the order of cold resistance was Medicago sativa>Medicago lupulina>M.alba>M.officinalis.
